TPS56C215EVM-762: Base hiccup problem,I tested Tss but Tss is still not ideal

still base on hiccup problem. I try to test Tss for check Hiccup time. Tss waveforms as follow:

Css=0.047uF

TSS theory is 4.7ms,but test time is 31ms? I don't know about this? could you please give me some advice?

Hi Meng,

It doesn't make sense. So did you use the default TPS56C215EVM without any change?

If not, would you mind to double check the Css value? Meanwhile, what is the signal of channel 2?

yes I had check Css that is 47nF,channel 2 is EN pin

I chose new EVM test this parameter, it's still was 30ms. channel 1 connect TP3 channel 3 connect J3.

Hi Meng,

As we talked on the phone, the soft start time is Vout ramping up time. We need to test TP9/Vout test point, not TP3.
