Hi,

     I am using BQ25792 to charge 14.4V battery. but my converter was not working . You suggested to remove thermistor.  even though i removed i didnt observe a square wave form at SW1/SW2.

    What is your input voltage to the charger?  What do the status and fault registers report?

               Thanks for your answer.

    for your information

    Voltage to the charger around 19V.

    Charger Status registers

    0 th -REG(0x1B) is ------0x04----------AC2_Present

    1 st-REG(0x1C) is ------0x10----------------not charging, not qualified adapter, BC1.2 not completed

    2nd-REG(0x1D) is ------0x01---------------Vbat present ( I didn't connect the battery)

    3 rd-REG(0x1E) is ------0xC0----------------ACRB2,ACRB1 are present

    4 th -REG(0x1F) is ------0x00-----------------no TS fault

    Fault Status registers

    0 th -REG(0x20) is ------0x00

    1 st-REG(0x21) is ------0x00

    these are the register reading from I2C

    What is the wrong i have done?
