You can import the PSPICE model into TINA.

This one is the same (we don't model the high-voltage insulation in the models).

Hi Don,

I try to open the files that you give me, and I found the type of this model is altium library. When I try to open this model with Altium, but I can't find anything as below, is there any wrong about the model? Could you please help import the TINA model for us? Thank you!

Hi, Sherry,

The model should already be in the TI version of PSPICE. You can download it at: https://www.ti.com/tool/PSPICE-FOR-TI

Maybe you can ask one of your colleagues in your office to show you how to do this. We also have some internal training available on PSPICE. You may need to complete that before you are allowed to download it.
