When mounting two LMZM33602s on a single PCB, is it better to connect or disconnect the AGNDs?

Each LMZM33602 will regulate the output voltage with respect to the voltage on its own FB and AGND pin. Connecting both AGNDs together is not necessary but may improve relative regulation.

It may be possible but I don't expect this to be an issue if your design follows the layout guidelines in the datasheet.
