UCC25702: ESD information

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I checked the UCC25702 quality report which sometimes has ESD values included. This report refers defers to the data sheet for the HBD and CDM limits but then the data sheet does not include these values? Many of the original Unitrode data sheets of legacy PWMs such as UCC25702 did not publish ESD limits but these values should be available in all "newer" TI data sheets. I will have to route your request through TI Customer Service but I am now also interested to know the answer and will keep you posted. Thanks for connecting through E2E.

I checked with several teams internally and unfortunately TI does not have ESD test data for UCC25702. Thanks for connecting through E2E and I hope you are still able to qualify the UCC25702 for your design without the ESD test levels. Otherwise, I hope we can work to help find a different controller that includes the ESD documentation you require?

Good day. My customer has never experienced a TI component that had no ESD data available.  Why does the periodic qualification data show samples being pulled from each lot for HBM and CDM testing? 

Do we have data for a similar part?
