To whom it may concern
In a design I use the LMR36503MSC3R (2.1MHz) to generate a 3.3V supply from a 18 - 30V input supply
I experience the IC burns off randomly when the input supply is applied and I can't figure out what the reason are.
The maximum load on the 3.3 supply is 150 - 200mA
The application circuit is shown in the attached file.
As I am stuck in the debugging, can anyone comment what I should look for in order to check what the root cause might be?
I have seen a similar problem with a LMR33620CQ IC which I have entered in another thread
