Could you give me a suitable part number promotion ? 

parameter ：24V input voltage transfer to +9V output and reverse 9V  output,  per channel meet 100mA current output，no need isolated chip。

    Hello Cooper, 

    Thanks for reaching out. Do you need to have a positive and a negative output voltage rail at -9 V and +9V? If you are ok with a flyback topology, then you might want to consider a flyback/sepic/boost controller like the LM5155/LM5156 for example.
