    Hi Kygo, 

    The resistor dividers currently used to set the output will generate 9.56V and 5.17V and they are quite off from the labeled voltage. In addition, the output capacitor for U1 is at 220uF, which is right at the high recommended max for the output capacitor, I would consider reducing it for some margin.
