LM25149-Q1: Query Regarding RFB1 and RFB2

Hi, 

In datasheet section 8.3.9 it is given that:

 Alternatively, set the output voltage with an external resistive divider from the output to the FB pin. The output
voltage adjustment range is between 0.8 V to 36 V. The regulation threshold at FB is 0.8 V (VREF). Use Equation
5 to calculate the upper and lower feedback resistors, designated RFB1 and RFB2.

 (Section 8.3.9)

However, In the Section 9.2.2.8 it says consider VREF=1.2 V to calculate RFB1 and RFB2,

So which value of VREF should be used?
