I Have a NB battery used BQ20Z45 (Not R1).

need BQ20Z45 Evaluation V1.04 to read data flash,

but I can't find this version software.

Could anyone be able to provide it？

The R1 software should contain support V1.04 in it.

Is this for a new design? If so, we do not recommend using V1.04. You should use R1. I can send you the firmware to upgrade your gauge if you would like.
