Here is our prototype, we chosed a parallel fet configuration to test the reliability.
As you can see, this charge fet configuration implies a constant voltage applied to the pack pin (droped by .6v) .
The constant current charge pump of the charge transistor group is working fine.
The charge pump of the discharge transistor (Q1/5) is working fine as we get 30Vgs when enabled, but when disabled we can measure 1.3V on Vgs.
In this situation, we can measure around 20V on the output, and we can source some current.
Actually Q1/5 get hot realy quick so the group is not fully openned.
Do you have some advices to get the discharge transistor group to fully open while disabled ?
