Depends on what you mean by a sink function. In general, the buck controller is not designed to operate in the reverse direction as a boost in steady state. However, take a look at the LM5170-Q1 as an example of a bidirectional controller.

the TPS53313 6-A I used in the past can sink about 30w of power, now I need a power for sink 1000w in new project

When you say "sink", do you mean transfer back to the input? If so, I think the LM5170-Q1 is a good solution. However, the TPS53313 is just a standard buck converter, so it should only be able to sink current on a transient basis.
