I am working to create a thermal model that includes a board with two of these LDOs. The product page lists a junction to ambient resistance, but that is all. The link for the datasheet takes me to a dead page as well. This is for a space application, so I am assuming the junction to ambient resistance is not even valid for me. Would it be possible to get information on the thermal resistance for the other heat paths? Specifically I am looking for the Junction to Board (θJB) and Junction to Case (θJC) resistances.
