TPS929120-Q1: TPS929120 serial communication cannot communicate

Our computer serial tool connects the TX and RX of TPS929120, configures the baud rate to 115200, and sends data "55 80 61 02 49" after power on. TPS929120 TX has no response output and cannot communicate normally

Hi I can't figure out what happened only based on your description. Please check the hardware configuration:

1) whether the device is powered on: you can measure the Vdd voltage;

2)whether the device address is right;

If you have confirmed 2 above points are right, please help to offer the schematic and capture the waveform of RX and TX.
