How to identify Power Input source, if two separate input supplies are provided, but not at the same time

Hi TI Team,

In our latest design, the board is supplied from type C (PD) or PCIe root port device. At a time only one input supply will be present.

But the system should be able to identify the power input source. How to find a solution for this?. Is there any IC, which monitors two voltages and provide control signal accordingly?.

    Thanks for reaching out to us and your interest on TI devices. Seeing your top level requirements, TPS25947 eFuse can be recommended here. Two TPS25947 eFuses can be used in this application, operating in active ORing configuration. Please go through the application section of the datasheet and let us know if you have any queries. Kindly also share the detail design specifications and requirements of different protection features to understand the system better.
