LMR14020: issue

Part Number: LMR14020

Hi team,

My customer automotive project use LMR14020(12V to 5.27V)+TLV62569DBV (5.27V to 1.15V) while mass production, 19pcs TLV62569DBV have burn out but LMR14020 is normal(LMR14020 output connect to TLV62569DBV input ). It is initially suspected that the LMR14020 output voltage is too high causing the TLV62569DBV to burn out.

By controlling the EN pin, the customer simulates the moment of vehicle start-up, the maximum output of the LMR14020 is 6.24V, as shown in the following figure.

So could you please help review the schematic and give some comments?

Is it the customer’s LMR14020 design unreasonable causing the output voltage to overshoot so much? or other reason?

Could you please give some advise to solve the issue?

If you need any other waveforms please let me know.

Thank you!

Ivy
