Hi TI expert

We have used this part in the design CSD17382F4.

The sink of the last batch of part is WH0
The sink of this batch of materials is WH6. Is there any difference in characteristics ?

    Hi Thomas,

    Thanks for the inquiry. All TI FETs are specified, tested and guaranteed to the datasheet limits. There will be parametric differences due to normal process variation, but again, all devices will meet the datasheet limits.
