I have a problem with the TPS386596. I'm using it with the TMS320F28377DPTPT and when i'm starting my supply i'm seeing a strange phenomenon. The pin that is controling MRn is high, my reset1n is low because of the delay from the error of my supply (the time to set my supply is enough for the TPS to detect it as a error). After the delay is passed my pin resetn1 is retourning to a high state (~5 ms). But for some reasons, the pin that is controling my MRn is asserted to a low state (without the use of the TMS) after the return to high of the pin resetn1. Do you have some idea why this phenomenon is happening ?
I have tried to isolated the MRn pin with a pull up without the TMS and i monitored the pin from the TMS that is driving the MRn pin and the MRn pin separatly and i didn't saw that problem.
