TPS65130: Capacitor calculation

Hi team,

Can you please have a look at the following customer question?

I just came across a small question with the datasheet.
The following circuit is given as an example configuration for +/- 10V:
In it, C9 and C10 are given as 6.8 and 7.5 pF, respectively (Table 1).

However, in the example values for +/- 15V in Table 2, these values are no longer listed. Also, there is nothing about their calculation in the further course. Do these capacitors remain the same?

And then of course I would be interested in any EMC experiences with this component. Are there any measurements here, e.g. from the demo board?

    Hello Franz,

    Value for capacitors C9/C10 should be calculated per equations 11 and 12 in the datasheet. Depending on the feedback resistor divider values, C9 and C10 change accordingly and equations 11/12 provide the simple calculation.

    We do not have EMI test results for this EVM but over one hundred customer have successfully designed this device in their systems and passed EMI. General guidelines for DC/DC converter layout as well as specific guidelines in the datasheet should be followed.
