There is no RT9194 P2P device from our product line. I'll reassign this thread to LP/LDO team to see if they have this kind of device.

Hi Gareth,

RT9194 is an LDO controller which is a very outdated topology, and it uses a rare SOT23(6 pin) package so we don't have a p2p option. What input voltage, output voltage, and load current is needed in this application? If I can get those and any other key specs I can get you a product recommendation.
