I'm looking for a replacement of NCP59800 from Onsemi.
1. Could you cross-check if this DFN8 package is directly replaceable with TPS7A8001 VSON package? When I compared package drawing and recommended land pattern, their size are not exactly matched but I wonder some differences can be accepted.
2. When I compare two parts, the performance is expected almost same (Accuracy 2.5% vs. 2.0%, Dropout@1A 200mV vs. 170mV, Output noise 15xVout uVrms vs. 14xVout uVrms etc.). But I see TPS7A8001 has a slightly better thermal resistance (52 C/W vs. 47.8 C/W). Is there any other advantage of TPS7A8001 that I can highlight?
