BQ24195L: 30uA current from battery to device

Hi,

      My customer is doing test on BQ24195L. They found there is a 30uA leakage current from battery to device after full charging ( using high-resolution multimeter)， they wonder where is this current come from? which function is consuming this current? how to reduce it? thanks.
