Hello,
after powering on following circuit the LM76002 breaks after a short time. It seems to be internally broken, as I measure a shortcut between PVIN to GND and SW to GND afterwards.
At the time of testing the switcher was supplying just light load. (also checked that, by removing the switcher and supplying the following circuit with an external supply).
Please have a look at the circuit, as I don't see what could be wrong.

If I start to increase VIn very slowly it seems to work for some time (about 1 minute)
see following screenshot: C1: SW-Output, C2 VOut, C3 VIn
Current flow is not worthy during this time. (some mA)
Tried two times, ones the Switcher broke suddenly when I reached about 10V VIn. Next time it was, when I reached about 20V (increased a little bit faster).

O.K., my fault that I trusted WEBENCH, because in the schematic there, it was tied to PVIN.
