Hello,

After doing some relax discharge relax cycles to find a chemical ID match, We understand that we won't be able to get a better deviation than our 13.78%. Therefore, we need to make our own Chemical ID.

Please what is the process? We tried to contact TI customer service, we opened a ticket, but we don't have any answer... In the forum, You sometimes suggest to ship over some cells so you can make a chemical caracterisation. Nobody ever answers...

Could you please link us together with someone who would take us through the process?

Hii YF,

I am the ChemID tech. The Lead time is about 4 weeks for Li-Ion but other chemistries can take longer.
Please send 3 cells for rechargeable and 9 cells for non-rechargeable cells.
Please fill out the request form attached and send it in the box with the cells. That way I will know how to
run the cells and who the job belongs too when it arrives.
