您好！

          请教BQ27541-G1在40°C工作环境下，外部NTC温度检测到的温度是-33°C，芯片内部温度检测到的温度是-40.2°C，请教怎样解决外部NTC温度检测不准的问题？（已经排除了芯片本身，NTC（10K，3435,1%），校准（无法校准，提示超出范围）这些问题，原理图和外围元件按照芯片规格书的电路）

    Hi,

    Is the environment temperature 40°C? If so, internal temperature should be 40.2°C, not -40.2°C. Please measure NTC resistor to make sure it is working correctly.

       周末我用一个1M的可调电阻代替NTC（RT1位置）测试，当可调电位器阻值为10K时，Battery Management Studio检测到的外部温度为25°C；当可调电位器阻值为400K时，Battery Management Studio检测到的外部温度为-35.1°C，当可调电位器开路时，Battery Management Studio检测到的外部温度为-39.2°C.
       从以上的测试结果看，使用10K，3435，1% 的NTC应该无法检测到-40°C，请教怎样解决才能实现检测到-40°C？
