BQ78350-R1: Cell 6 voltage is incorrect

Thanks for sending these files. I do see a few issues in the schematic.

Some of the issues are not likely related to the problem you are seeing but should be addressed:
- VC1 and VC0 should both have a capacitor to GND like in the datasheet.
- R33 should not be used. The resistance on this path should be the same as R21. So R33 can be replaced with 0 ohm.
- The NC pins (11 and 12) should be connected to CAP2

The issue you are seeing is a pulse every 2 seconds which is the time period when the temperature samples are taken on the TS pins.
- Make sure R32 is the correct value and has a good connection.
- Make sure D2 is a standard diode and not a schottky
- Make sure TH2 has a correct value and is not shorted
- Make sure C14 is not too large
- Check for leakage across C18 or any other leakage from BAT to GND
It seems like there must be some current across R32/R33 of around 200uA.
