Hello TI,
I am working on BQ24773 Battery charging IC but there is some issue which is mention below,
1. Testing on own design PCB which is design as per the TI reference Design & Guidelines
2. Use 5V/ 1A and 12V/1A adapter with BQ24773 for testing
3. Tested BQ24773 Standalone
Issues is,
1. ACDRV not trigger ACFET & RBFET (ACDRV HIGH indicates that ACFET/RBFET can be turned on)
2.on 12 & 5V input supply ACDRV gives only 0.8V
3.check the performance of the BQ24773 with Battery, without battery and without load no any change in ACDRV Vtg
we try,
1. Change R7(4K) & R8(4K) resistor with 1st R7(2K) & R8(2K) after that also Short the R7 and R8 resistor
2. Remove C9 & C11 capacitor
3. Shorted the R4 resistor
4. Change the ACDET reference voltage 1.3V
5. Unmounted the Input reverse protection circuit
we Follow the above mention changes one by one and check results on every change not found any change in ACDRV Voltage
How to On the charging IC, any one can suggest what we need to do or any correction in above schematic design
