We are using AM4376 with a 24MHz crystal. My question is if it is possible to generate a 3.072MHz bit-clock at McASP1_ACLKX pin, B14 and subsequently a 48KHz frame sync at B13 if the processor is to act as master.

No, this is not possible. The internal McASP clock in this case will be generated from the 24MHz master clock, and this cannot be divided down to 3.072MHz by the McASP clock dividers.
