Hello LDO team.

Please provide some suggestions Low Dropout Regulator selection, low Iq since battery power.

At the moment I develop a new product and need some help with the power components to find the best solution. 

LDO for 3.3V (200-500 mA peak) needed
Input: primary battery with 3x AA as alkaline or NiMh

    Hi Ed,

    Ideally something like TPS7A02 would work great here for 200mA peak. Since peak current can be up to 500mA, I would like to suggest TPS7A11 if you have a bias rail that you can use in your application, otherwise TPS7A26 would be the device to use.
