TPS61193: output voltage is lower than normal level and display dimmed dark during power up

Hi team

customer use TPS61193 in below application, found the output is lower than noraml(22V) and display light black during power up

input is 12V battery, EN/PWM is normal, FAULT pin is hight. I attached customer issue description include scheamtic. could you help to check it? thanks.

Hi Betty,

The FB resistor is not appropriate and please keep the FB divider ratio around 15:1 according to the range of LED string voltage.
