How do i verify i am using the latest revision 

It is recommended to check the relevant processor product page frequently for update on TI.com

Is there a way i can receive a notification when the data sheet is revised

Refer below and register for notifications. 

How do i know the changes to the current version i am using 

We document datasheet changes in the revision history of any datasheet that has been previously published on ti.com.  Refer to the revision history in the data sheet

Note: once we update the datasheet the new revision history replaces the previous revision history

Is there a way i can download the older data sheet revisions

it is recommended that you achieve the data sheet revisions.

The current revision of the data sheet is available on TI.com, processor product page.
