PROCESSOR-SDK-AM335X: CCS Crash - Again

Hello,

I cannot post this to any CCS support, as there is no longer an option in the dropdown.

I am using CCS 10. I have a library that uses the TI compiler 17.3. I want to create a new build configuration that uses the GCC compiler.

I open the properties, and select the dropdown for the GCC. it asks me if I want to create a new build configuration. I click yes...

Can't do anything with this. Now what??

I can reproduce this on my machine as well. One thing I have noticed is that if I choose the 9.2.1 GCC it creates the new configuration fine. If I choose 7.2.1 (I don't have 7.3.1) then I get the same exception as you when CCS tries to create the new configuration.

I will file a bug to track this. I don't see an obvious way to work around this other than using the newer GCC.
