From tda3x evm schematic Page7 ddr3 memory, i have two questions to make clearly.

1. Why this pin H_DDR1_A15 can be NC.M7/A15?

2. Could you please a qualified list of ddr2 and ddr3 on tda3x ?

Hi,

1 - The part that is populated (MT41K128M16JT-125) does not have an A15 pin due to the density of the memory. Thus per the memory datasheet, this pin is NC. However, this is where pin A15 would go if a larger density memory were selected. By routing the pin from the TDA3x device to the NC pin, it allows for an easy swap of parts in the future (if needed) without having to update the PCB design.

2 - We do not provide such a list.
