TDA4VM: How can I use u-boot commands

Hi,

I am considering implementing Ethernet communication using the QSGMII port of TDA4VM EVM.

I followed the procedure manual introduced in the SDK guide, but I can not follow the procedure of "4 QSGMII PHY out of reset via U-boot commands".

Please tell me the detailed procedure.
