AM4378: DDR3 CAS to CAS Delay (tCCD)

The AM437 DRAM controller nor the AM437 DDR spreadsheet appear to provide a configuration for DDR3 tCCD. What tCCD value does the AM437 use?

Hi Stuart, the JEDEC DDR3 spec defines tCCD=4cycles for all speed grades. This is what the controller uses.
