Hi expers,

I can inject ecc error by ecc aggregator and monitor r5fss tcm ecc error by poll arm system register, can r5fss TCM ECC error generate an interrupt to esm?

    Hi Li quan,

    TCM ECC errors would not make it to the ESM without additional S/W.

    The Software Diagnostics Library, contains example code for how TCM ECC can be handled at SDL_RLS_01.00.00/sdl/test/ecc/ecc_sdl/ecc_test_func.c.  and SDL_RLS_01.00.00/sdl/src/sdl/r5/sdl_ecc_r5.c.
