On 5510 require implement CLKGEN domain idle mode.
According the datasheet
IAI and IOB set to 1 on CLKMD Register
DMAI , CPUI, PERI and CLKGENI set to IDLE (1) on ICR Register
But they’re no effect.
Question:
What additional settings require?
How verify ICR execution successful?
