Do all part numbers of the AM623 support the TEE feature of the ARM Trust Zone? Of these supported processors, is the OP-TEE supported by software on GIT Hub without modification? If not, will TI be upstreaming the software in support of the OP-TEE specification?

Hello Rob,
Yes, TEE is supported on all K3 SoCs (i.e. AM62x) across all device types - General Purpose (GP) or High Security (HS) in Linux SDK via OPTEE.
ATF is also supported along with TEE on ARM-cortex A cores in K3 SoCs.
Note that HW assisted root-of-trust secure boot is supported on HS device only.
Yes, OPTEE support on TI K3 SoC is up-streamed.
