Hi,
What’s the difference between AM6442BSFFHAALV and AM6442BSFGHAALV ?
Is it possible to evaluate Functional Safety by using AM6442BSFGHAALV on the prototype board ?
Of course, AM6442BSFFHAALV will be used in the production.

Short answer is yes you can use the standard EVMs to develop SW for safety. The evaluation boards https://www.ti.com/tool/TMDS64EVM and https://www.ti.com/tool/SK-AM64B AM6442BSFG is logically equal to the F (safety) version for software development. So all features like ECC and error signaling module are there. But it is not tested/certified for safety, so we do not guarantee the non-safety part meets the safety manual and FMEDA content.
