TDA4VM: Dose the PCIe driver supported on windows

Hi Ti support:

We want to connect the pcie with pc,and let the chip work under client mode. Dose any demo or host driver already could work on windows?

Yes it is supported. You can configure the TDA4VM as the EP, as documented under:

https://software-dl.ti.com/jacinto7/esd/processor-sdk-linux-jacinto7/08_04_00_11/exports/docs/linux/Foundational_Components/Kernel/Kernel_Drivers/PCIe/PCIe_End_Point.html

Please note that this driver was tested between two EVMs, where the EP does not implement reset and clock signals from the RC. So you can work around the issue by starting the TDA4 EVM before the PC boots.

Dose any demo could show how to connect the EVM to a PC with windows OS ?

And could you share any performance test report of PCIe?

Jon,

There is no demo connecting the EVM to a PC slot. But it will be similar the EVM-EVM demo via a cable.
