The latest processor SDK 6.3 of C6657 has only BIOS based examples. No bare metal/CSL based examples available.

There are some 48 examples in the PDK package of this SDK to demonstrate the peripheral functionalities.

Dear Shankari G
I looking for references (old solution welcome).
My project not required BIOS futures.
Thank You a lot
Genady Chapovetsky,
Only for OMAPL138 and OMAPL137, I guess, the baremetal softwares are available. And they are popularly called as "Starterwares".
For Keystone - I ( C6657) and II ( K2E, K2H, K2G, K2K ) etc , only BIOS based examples are available.
However, it is worth checking the availability of CSL examples in the old MCSDK versions here:
https://software-dl.ti.com/sdoemb/sdoemb_public_sw/bios_mcsdk/02_01_02_06/index_FDS.html
bios_mcsdk_02_01_02_06_setupwin32.exe | BIOS MCSDK Post Production Package for Windows (RELEASED ON: 2/8/2013) |
This package is compatible only with the older version of CCS say version CCS V5 or V6. Now, we are at CCS 10 or 11.
The E2E support will also be minimal / null if older packages are choosen.....

Genady Chapovetsky,
Without BIOS, there is one project available in the latest processor SDK.
That is Platform test which test the following using CSL.
UART, EEPROM, NAND, NOR, LED, Internal memory test and external memory test .
Check whether just-these peripherals and its programs suffice for you.
