Hi everyone,

I don't know where can I find the timing requirements of NAND flash and EMIFA. Because I am configuring the CEnCFG registers for NAND, the datasheet needs some parameters to fill in. And the references of this link are the datasheets of OMAPL138. Where can I find a C6747/OMAPL137 one ? I am not sure that if the NAND of OMAPL137 is Micron MT29F2G08AACWP or not. If so, the AC characteristics are 3V x8 or 3V x16? And where can I find the EMIFA Clock speed in any datasheet?

Hi Yang

The wiki link with spreadsheet provides an example of how to calculate the NAND timings using the processor datasheet and NAND datasheet. The EMIFA controller on OMAPL137 and OMAPL138 are the same, so you should be able to use the spreadsheet as an example to calculate the timings using the OMAPL137 datasheet and NAND device of your choice.

The EMIFA timings, including EMIFA clock speed are in OMAPL137 datasheet
