Hi,

Please download AM57xx RTOS SDK. Once installed, you can find "ctoolslib_2_2_0_0" folder.

This folder contains the library to utilize statistics collector functionality.

Please refer to the documentation in the ctoolslib folder.

For Linux side, you can also refer to OMAPCONF.

It also utilizes the same HW feature to collect statistics for memory bandwidth.

There is also performance guide from TDA2x device which shares the same implementation as AM57x.

It also describes how to utilize statistic collector.
