TMS320C6657: Power down sequence

Part Number: TMS320C6657

Hi,

According to datasheet, section 6.3.2, power down sequence is the exact reverse of the power-up sequence.
https://www.ti.com/jp/lit/ds/symlink/tms320c6657.pdf

But in my customer's system, all power rails will be off at the same time.
When these power rails are off, nPOR signal is active(Low).

Q1) Is this acceptable solution?
According to datasheet section 6.3.2, nPOR should be active low to prevent overcurrent conditions.

Q2) If the answer to Q1 is YES.
While nPOR is active(Low), any other reset signals (nLRESET, nRESETFULL, nRESET) are "don't care"?
Or these signals also need to be low?

Thanks and regards,
