When booting the DRA821 in SD card boot mode, should the
MMC0_SDCD/MMC1_SDCD signal be low level?

Yes, as per the DM: "For ROM boot to work properly, the MMC1_SDCD pin should be pulled low externally with a resistor."

The Backup BootMode pins(C7,A6,B8,C17)should be pulled low level?

If you would like no backup boot mode to be selected then yes, the backup boot pins can all be pulled low level. TRM section 4.3.2.2 and 4.3.2.4 details other possible configurations:

If I don't select backup boot mode and all the backup boot pins are NC,
will anything go wrong during boot? .
