TMDS64EVM: U-Boot SPI issues with SDK V9

Hi,

Since I migrated my yocto project from V8.6 to V9 I haven't been able to use the integrated SPI NOR on the EVM in U-Boot.

I'm using the latest SDK V09.00.00.009 but observed the issue across all version since V9. The image I'm compiling is tisdk-base-image.bb

Any clue ?

Just to re-confirm, this all worked with SDK v8.6, correct?

What happens when you use the pre-built "default" image?

Hi Andreas,

I have the TMDS64EVM, also you're correct, it used to work previously in V8.6. Sadly I can't use the pre-built default image on my EVM as secure boot is enabled.

But it doesn't matter, I found the source of the issue, in the past I modified the U-Boot defconfigs to support SPI ENV in SPL, turns out disabling the options solves the issue.
