TI-provides the basic boot software infrastructure as well as the build environment via https://github.com/TexasInstruments/ti-bdebstrap as documented in https://software-dl.ti.com/processor-sdk-linux/esd/AM62X/09_00_00_Debian/exports/docs/debian/Building_Debian_Image.html

Then, essential Debian-packages are hosted in a different repo here https://github.com/TexasInstruments/debian-repos. You can see there's one for the TI Kernel which is based off the current ti-linux-kernel-6.1.y production tree as used for all of our current SDK v9.x. This is basically what's documented here: https://software-dl.ti.com/processor-sdk-linux/esd/AM62X/09_00_00_Debian/exports/docs/debian/Building_Debian_Packages.html. I just filed an internal documentation enhancement request (SITSW-3286) to have a link to that package repo URL added to the documentation.
