AM625: DDR maximum size configuration in single chip select

Q1. Can we use a maximum 8GB configuration in DDR4 in a single chip select?

Q2. Can we use a 4GB configuration in DDR4 in a single chip select?

Q3. Can we use a maximum 4GB configuration in LPDDR in a single chip select?

Could any one can response above queries?

As per DDR4 memory:
Does 4GB with 1 ranks means 1 chip & 8GB with 2 ranks means single 2 chips?

is that my understanding correct?

Ravi, not necessarily.  It is possible to have 2 ranks packaged in one chip/device.  It is also possible to have a single rank design with multiple devices on the board.
