Need bitwise description of DDR2/3 Memory Controller Registers for Netra/Integra

Hi,

We are designing Netra/Integra based hardware, where we have used different DDR3 chip.

I would need bitwise description of DDR2/3 Memory Controller Registers but I could get only base address and offset in tms320dm8168.pdf.

Any idea from where can I get bitwise description of DDR registers ? Basically, I would need to modify raw address lines, column address lines, number of banks, page size etc. for our DDR chip.

So, I guess I need to detail description of all registers mentioned in page 196 of tms320dm8168.pdf.

The information you are requesting is found in the Technical Reference Manual of the TMS320DM8168. For the DDR2/3 Memory Controller, look in Chapter 7.

As Brandon suggested, the datasheet provides the specific register addresses for the device, and the TRM provides the bitwise register details.
