Thanks for your question.
So, the ospi flash attack vector you are seeing has been tested for our SoCs, and currently the size is set to 128 bytes.
I would say that this is a smaller subset of a stress pattern which has been introduced in our SDK to test out everything and make sure we can have the users get going with their development on OSPI.
Although not supported, but it would be okay if you go ahead and change the stress pattern to your custom stress pattern in case you want a more robust OTP. But as of today this is what we offer from our SDK point of view.
So safe to say you could go ahead and experiment with a different pattern or the same pattern repeated multiple times, lets say 128 bytes repeated 10 times calls for roughly a little over 1 kb.
